About our products
Zestora sells digital files (STL and 3MF formats) intended for 3D printing. All products are digital downloads or custom-designed digital files. No physical product is shipped.
Purchases and delivery
Purchases are processed and delivered through Gumroad. Standard digital products are delivered as instant downloads. Custom design requests are delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the product or request page.
Intellectual property
All designs, files, text, logos, and content on Zestora are the property of Zestora and are protected by copyright. When you purchase a file, you receive a limited license to use it under our License Terms (see License page). You do not acquire ownership of the design itself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, share, redistribute, or upload our files to any platform or third party.
- Claim our designs as your own.
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
Custom design requests
Custom requests are subject to our stated policy: standard requests (names, words, letters, numbers) are delivered within 24 hours; complex custom designs are quoted individually. One free revision is included on standard requests.
Limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is". We are not responsible for the results of your 3D printing process, including print quality, printer settings, or material outcomes, as these depend on your own equipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zestora is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our files.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
