Digital products are non-refundable
Because our products are digital files that are downloaded instantly or custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods and protects against unauthorized copying.
Exceptions
We want you to be satisfied. We will provide a fix or a refund if:
- The file is technically defective (for example, corrupted, or not printable as described), and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- You were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge).
To request help under these exceptions, contact us at support@zestora.shop within 14 days of purchase, with your order details and a description of the problem.
Custom requests
Custom design files are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded once delivered, except in the case of a technical defect. One free revision is included on standard custom requests to ensure you are happy with the result.
Payment provider
Payments are handled by Gumroad. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through Gumroad.
